Platform management

Platform management is for HAQ ERP staff, not normal client administrators.

Client support sessions​

Support sessions let authorized HAQ ERP staff see a client’s tenant context for investigation. Live client writes remain blocked during read-only support access and the session is recorded.

Platform staff​

Only active HAQ administrators can manage platform staff. The product owner account is protected and must not be demoted or deactivated through the UI.

Tenants and databases​

The clients and databases screen lists tenant records, database names, active users, and support entry points. Use it to monitor broken onboarding checks and stale test tenants.

Test tenant cleanup​

Before production go-live, failed trial tenants and their databases can be cleaned up by an authorized operator. Treat tenant deletion as destructive and verify the target slug and database before removal.
