Sign up and onboarding

HAQ ERP onboarding creates a secure tenant and guides the owner into the first company workspace.

Direct trial sign up​

  1. Open the HAQ ERP sign-up flow from the website.
  2. Sign in or create an identity.
  3. Choose the product package.
  4. Enter company name, country, base currency, VAT details when relevant, chart template, and fiscal year start.
  5. Submit the form.
  6. The setup screen shows each backend step and marks completed steps with a green tick.
  7. When setup is complete, HAQ ERP refreshes the session and opens the dashboard.

Invitation sign up​

An administrator can invite a new user from the company user-management screen. The invited person uses the join link, creates or signs into their identity, and is linked to the inviting company.

Important rule: if the email already belongs to another HAQ ERP client tenant, the invite is rejected. HAQ ERP keeps one email tied to one client tenant to avoid accidental cross-company access.

If setup fails​

Do not submit the same form repeatedly. The setup screen shows which step failed. A platform administrator can review failed onboarding checks from the platform management area and decide whether to repair or deactivate the failed trial.

What onboarding creates​

  • Tenant record and tenant database.
  • First operating company.
  • Owner/admin role link.
  • Selected modules based on the purchased or trial package.
  • Base currency, country, VAT, chart template, fiscal year, and accounting settings.
  • Secure browser session for the new company.
