Users, roles, and permissions

Company administrators manage who can access the tenant and what each user can do.

Invite users

Use the users screen under Admin Studio to invite a new user to the selected company. HAQ ERP creates an invitation link for the invited email.

An invitation should be treated as one intended onboarding action for the invited email. If a link looks reused, expired, or sent to the wrong person, deactivate it and create a fresh invitation.

Roles

Roles hold permissions such as create, read, update, delete, post, approve, import, or administer. Users receive access through assigned roles.

Required fields and custom fields

Studio can add tenant-specific fields and make selected fields mandatory for chosen screens. Required-field rules apply to normal forms and supported quick-create flows.

Best practice

Give users only the permissions needed for their work. Keep administrator rights limited, and review role changes before major period close or go-live events.
