Document capture and storage

HAQ ERP supports attachments, import jobs, OCR suggestions, and provider-neutral storage settings.

Attachments

Attachments can be uploaded against supported master and transaction records. PDF and image files can be queued for OCR review.

OCR suggestions

OCR suggestions are never trusted automatically. A user reviews extracted values before they become business data.

Import jobs

Import jobs define source connector, entity type, schedule, configuration, status, and error history. Supported connectors include generic HTTP/JSON, CSV upload, Odoo, QuickBooks, and Xero foundations.

Storage

Tenant documents should live in private object storage, not durable local app-server disk. Supported storage direction includes HAQ ERP-managed storage, Azure Blob Storage, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, and compatible S3 endpoints.

Use tenant and company scoped object paths, private containers or buckets, signed URLs, encryption, retention rules, and malware scanning.
