Products and services drive sales, purchasing, POS, inventory, and accounting defaults.

Product types​

  • Service products post directly to income or expense accounts.
  • Stored products can use inventory, transit, and cost-of-goods-sold flows.

Key fields​

  • Name, code, category, brand, group, and product type.
  • Unit of measure and conversion rules.
  • Sales and purchase defaults.
  • Revenue, expense, inventory, transit, and sales accounts through category or product setup.
  • Minimum quantity and reorder quantity for replenishment.

Price lists​

Price lists can set fixed prices or discount rules. Discount exceptions can require approval before sales orders or POS transactions are confirmed.

Quick create​

When a product picker appears inside another form, users with create rights can use the plus action to create a missing product without leaving the transaction.
